Fresh, Local and Homemade
As the amenities and hospitality services have been refined, there are exciting things happening behind the scenes in the kitchen that you may notice on your next trip to Bitter End. To support our Caribbean neighbors and offer the freshest food available, we have been building relationships with local vendors and fishermen to bring in organic poultry and pork and the freshest fish and lobster you can get without catching it yourself. Also, try our homemade granola and salsa from the breakfast buffet. The granola is hearty and the salsa tops eggs off perfectly.
And don’t forget: all of our breads, pastries and desserts are baked fresh daily by Executive Chef Winston Butler and his crew.
In the coming months, you will see special items on the menu that you’ve never seen before. The chefs are developing new dishes to assemble into a new menu, coming this fall! The new dishes reflect the international training and experiences of our chefs, with a generous helping of local flavor mixed in.
Finally, the Bitter End culinary team is developing its own blends of spices, sauces and marinades, so that you can take some of Bitter End’s flavor home with you!
