 Published:  Comfort in the Details  The newly renovated Beachfront Villas are colorful and comfortable.Over the past year, the staff have found new ways to make our guests more comfortable, and we work on refining all aspects of our hospitality daily. The Welcome to Bitter End information packets are now distributed at the North Sound Express office at Trellis Bay, so that guests can read about all of the activities and events prior to arriving at the resort. Guests are greeted at the resort’s arrival dock with a refreshing cool towel and the layout of the lobby has been reorganized to give our guests a more personalized welcome from the reception desk staff. To complement the relaxing sound of the ocean lapping ashore, there are all new beds and bedding in every room:
The Beachfront Villas and North Sound Suites have been refreshed, updating the furnishings and décor to keep it simple and natural, and eight of the Beachfront Villas have been fully renovated. New and expanded amenities and the hospitality staff’s focus on the details of their guests’ needs, starting by introducing themselves at the beginning of the stay, are just a couple of things that you may notice on your next visit.
