Sea, Salsa and Sabor Celebration
July 23August 1, 2004

Pack your guayabera shirts and dancing shoes and join us in celebrating the soul of the Latin Caribbean this July 23 August 1, 2004. Experience Latin flavors, sounds and moves with a full week of activities and special guests during the Sea, Salsa and Sabor Celebration.
Guests will enjoy cigar night, salsa and merengue under the stars and mojitos and tostones at the bar all week long. Children will follow in the footsteps of the Spanish Caribbean gold trade with special treasure hunts and adventures.
In addition to the culinary wizardry of Bitter Ends Executive Chef, Trevor Nicely, the resort will feature guest chefs from the notable Puerto Rican restaurants Ajili Mójili and Soleil Beach Club. Each guest chef will add their special Puerto Rican style to the menu, with tasty additions like Ajili Mojilis Mango Bajito cocktail made with fresh mango nectar and rum and top-secret ingredients, their noted Tortitas Cuchi-Cuchi and Soleils Seafood Mofongo. Don Q Rum will graciously provide the rum (and more) for this weeks fun.
Celebrate into the wee hours on the dance floor! Maria de Azua, a well known choreographer, dancer and singer who is part of Estudio 1312 Group, Petra Bravos Dance Workshop and the Incubadora Project of choreographer Luisa García in Puerto Rico, will be conducting dancing lessons for kids and adults every afternoon. Then, after dinner, she will help you lose your inhibitions on the dance floor. Viva la salsa! Viva el merengue!
