Sail Caribbean
Summer Sailabration
at Bitter End Yacht Club
August 7—14, 2004

Summer Sailabration at BEyC

Summer camps are over, school has yet to begin. It’s time for the annual family vacation, but what to do? Bitter End Yacht Club announces the family Sail Caribbean Summer Sailabration Week, August 7-14, 2004. Similar to the popular Thanksgiving Sail Caribbean Family Week, the Summer Sailabration will feature children’s events, and parent-child events, as well as skill-specific training, keelboat and dinghy sailing instruction. There will also be child and family-friendly snorkel excursions, and group scuba dives. Shoreside, there will be beach games and “family-crew dinners.” The highlight of the week will be the 2nd Annual North Sound Laser Relay Rally-a point-to-point Laser rally that tests more than just sailing acumen. All ages are invited to participate.

The ever-popular Sail Caribbean instructional fun team will be on site to supplement the Bitter End Yacht Club’s team of highly skilled watersports staff. In the evenings, the kids can enjoy age-appropriate movies shown in the Sand Palace, the resort’s outdoor movie theater. All of these activities and programs are special additions to the regular Family Admiral’s Package amenities and inclusions, but are included in the vacation price.Rocket Turtle 1

Families traveling during the Summer Sailabration (as well as the entire summer) can take advantage of the Admiral’s Family Package, which, in addition to great rates on additional family rooms, continues to invite children 5 years old and under to stay free when sharing a room with parents. Bring the whole family crew!
