Caribbean Cruisers’ Gatherings at BEYC
Four Great Rendezvous—Free trial Quarterdeck Club Membership
A variety of boats cruise into North Sound and BEYC every year.
The Hokins discovered BEYC sailing around the BVI. Make Bitter End one of your destinations this sailing season and experience what compelled the Hokins to make it their family retreat thirty years ago. Spend some time with fellow cruisers, share stories, meet up with new friends or touch base with friends from last season. Provision, recharge your personal batteries or do a little refitting at our full service marina. Cut loose and enjoy. Stop back as frequently as you wish!
Rendezvous Dates
November 15–16, 2003:
Come join us after finishing the delivery south, or participating in the Caribbean 1500
January 3–4, 2004:
Join us after the Christmas and New Year’s
holidays—the best time in the BVI
March 27–28, 2004:
Visit Bitter End just prior to the BVI Sailing Festival, and stay on for the fun and games
May 1–2, 2004:
On your way back north, stop in for Bitter End’s “Jump-Off” Jump-Up
Schedule of Activities
Saturday
• All Day: Arrive, Unwind, Snorkel, Windsurf, Beachcomb, Poolsurf
• 5-7 pm Welcome Cocktail Party at the Pub (meet the BEYC waterfront staff)
• 7-9 pm Cruisers‘ Banquet at the Clubhouse
• 9pm-?? DJ Jump-Up at the Pub
Sunday
• All Day: Watersports Activities and pool/beach lounging
• Laser Regatta in the morning
• Hunter 216 Regatta in the afternoon
• Awards Party (open to all—non racers as well)

Cost is $150.00 per boat, to include: Welcome “Cruiser’s Crush” Cocktail Party (complimentary for two people - $10.00 per extra person); Caribbean Cruiser’s Banquet Dinner (complimentary for two people – additional crew members @ 10% off); DJ Party at Pub; One free mooring night (use our free launch service!); Discounts at watersports; 1 month complimentary Quarterdeck Club membership commencing the Saturday of rendezvous arrival.
