 Published:  Dining at Bitter End Clubhouse Steak & Seafood Grille: Bitter End’s landmark restaurant featuring generous buffets and table service for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as cocktail service on the terrace all day and evening. Reservations are required for dinner. Breakfast: 8 am to 10 am (10:30 am on Sundays), Lunch: 12:15 to 2 pm (11:30 am to 2 pm brunch on Sundays), Dinner: served nightly from 6:30 pm (reservations required). The English Carvery: Carvery style buffet featuring roast sirloins of beef, carved leg of lamb, Cornish game hens, fresh seafood grilled to order and the chef’s sauté. Open Mondays from 6:00 pm. Lunch and Drinks Poolside: Choose from daily sandwich specials, curried chicken salad, our famous lobster salad, and more. Try one of Martin’s Bushwackers, the best on the island! Lunch served Monday—Saturday 12:15 to 2:00 pm., cocktails available until 5:30 pm daily. The Pub at Bitter End: Light snacks, cocktails, draft beer and lots of boating yarns shared by the Captains and crews of the Caribbean. Over 60 varieties of rum and Cuban cigars. Open until the wee hours, Happy Hour daily 4 to 6 pm. In addition to our restaurants, theme parties and special dinners aboard the Corinthian are scheduled weekly. |
