Bitter End’s main bars are at the Clubhouse Restaurant and the English Carvery. Both Carry over 60 different kinds of run from the different islands of the Caribbean. We also carry a spectacular array of cigars, including Cubans.

Our pouring rums mix well in our numerous tropical concoctions and signature 16 Sounders. A few of our pouring rums are: Mount Gay, Pusser’s, Bacardi Gold, Cruzan Gold, Don Crystal, and Myers.

If you prefer to savor an aged rum after dinner try one of these: Appleton Extra (12 years old), Barbancourt (15 years old), Captain Morgan Private Stock, Cruzan Estate Diamond, English Harbor (16 years old), Rhum Clement 1952, Ron Matusalem Gran Reserve.

All bars, except for the Pool bar, which serves the basic beers, frozen and mixed drinks and soft drinks, are fully stocked with liquor brands from standard to premium and top shelf brands, twenty-two beers, three draft beers, and an international wine list.

The Pub has expanded its menu, with more entrée choices, added seating and tables with umbrellas, and a variety of exotic rum cocktails of the Caribbean.

Best Selling Cocktails

Our most popular and best selling cocktails are crowd favorites, served 16 Sounder style: Bushwackers, Pina Coladas, Margaritas, Pain Killers and Daiquiris. Other favorites include: Yellow Birds, Planter’s Punches, Long Island Iced Teas, BBC’s, a wide variety of tropical fruit daiquiris, Brandy Alexanders, Mud Slides, Bloody Marys, and of course, the in house specials of Gunny, Willis and Rolita.

And, our bartenders have concocted some new liquid fantasies that are soon to be favorites:

The North Sounder: blend 2 ounces of Pusser’s Rum, 1 ounce Amaretto, 2 ounces pineapple juice and a dash of simple syrup. Garnish with a slice of fresh orange and pineapple and top it with a cherry.

The Reef Sampler: blend 2 ounces of Captain Morgan Rum, 2 ounces Triple Sec, 2 ounces apricot brandy, 4 ounces pineapple juice, a dash of lemon juice and a dash of strawberry syrup. Garnish with seasonal tropical fruits and a cherry.

The John-O-Point: blend 2 ounces of Don Q Crystal Gold Rum, 3 ounces Blue Curacao, 3 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces simple syrup, and a dash of lemon juice. Garnish with slices of banana and cherries.

The North Sound Mango Delight: blend 2 ounces of Malibu Rum, 1 shot banana rum, one cup diced mango, 3 ounces pineapple juice, a dash of lemon juice and strawberry syrup to taste. Garnish with banana and pineapple slices and top with a cherry. Enjoy!
