Welcome to The Lookout at Bitter End. We’re pleased to let you know that the BVI Government has approved the master plan defining land use parameters for the resort’s sixty-eight acres.

The Lookout will complement and enhance the ambiance and experience that has drawn families like yours and ours to Bitter End for thirty years.

The Lookout will consist of:

• Twenty-two newly constructed deluxe three-bedroom condominium villas that replace the existing North Sound Suites. Each villa will have approximately 2,200 square feet of interior space and all amenities including fully equipped kitchens and air conditioning. The initial price is $750,000;

• Approximately twenty-five acres on the resort’s hillside that have been subdivided into one-acre and larger home sites for custom single-family residences, all of which will have spectacular views. Home sites start at $500,000 an acre.

It is our intent to:

• Create a vibrant and viable low density residential community with exclusive and attractive common areas and facilities;

• Preserve and enhance Bitter End’s atmosphere of casual elegance, active relaxation and environmental sensitivity;

• Provide outstanding architecture, style and quality;
