New Bath House

Say good-bye to Bitter End’s Bath House – when the resort re-opens October 16 after the two months’ closing this summer, an entirely new Bath House will have taken its place.

“It’s time,” Richard Hokin said of the pending reconstruction of the Bath House. Richard and Will Hokin worked with longtime Bitter End friend and architect Peter Brill to design a new Bath House that is bigger and better. (the new floorplan is to the right)

All 46 Beachfront Villas will also undergo refurbishment this year, with new furnishings and décor. But, they will still have that relaxed Virgin Gorda ambiance and the spectacular views will not change one bit!

If you have been to the resort this season, you have probably already begun to see a few changes here and there — the furniture in the Clubhouse Bohio and at the Almond Walk is new, and the Pergola (also pictured below) invites all to sit and enjoy a 16 Sounder as the sun sets, with beautiful new rattan furniture.

Stay tuned to our next issue of the North Soundings for more reports on this developing story!
