Get to Know:
Miro Dincic Food and Beverage Operations Manager, Elizabeth Ramgobin, Savitri Ramgobin
Miro Dincic

Miro has been with BEYC just shy of two years, having joined the Bitter End as Director of Restaurants, overseeing the day-to-day workings of the Clubhouse and Carvery.
As F&B Operations Manager, Miro is responsible for on-site organization and implementation of all special functions, from weddings to group dinners, to theme events. In addition, Miro is one of the most visible people on the Food & Beverage staff, moving between the Clubhouse, Carvery and Pub, making sure that all is running smoothly.
Originally from Croatia, Miro has traveled the world, landing in Canada, working in the Relaix & Chateau network, and then moving to the BVI.
If youre planning a wedding in the BVI at the Bitter End, and you need advice on setup, menus, and special touches, Miro is the man to speak to.
Elizabeth Ramgobin

If youve spent any time eating at the Clubhouse or Carvery Restaurants, chances are youve come across Liz. A native of Guyana,
Elizabeth came to the British Virgin Islands and started at Bitter End in January of 1989, and has been a valued waitress in the restaurants ever since. A married mother of three (her husband, Chico, is a utilities technician at Bitter End), Elizabeth enjoys her job because, she says, I get the opportunity to meet so many different people and relate to so many different experiences as a result of it. Soft spoken but engaging, Liz tends to prefer waitressing in the Carvery because its more romantic.
She also enjoys serving at special events like weddings and yacht club gatherings. Everyone is always in such a good mood
its all very social, she says and smiles.
Her favorite meal at the Bitter End is the Lobster. Its the best lobster on the island, served fresh daily. And I like to suggest the CakeBread Chardonnay to go with it. Its a wonderful combination.
Savitri Ramgobin

Like her sister-in-law, Elizabeth (Liz is married to Savitris husbands brother), Savi, as she is known among guests and staff, was born and raised in Guyana.
She came to the BVI in 1986, and was first employed by the Tradewinds Hotel. When the Bitter End absorbed the Tradewinds in 1987, Savi became part of the Clubhouse and Carvery waitress and waiter teams.
Married and a mother of two beautiful children, Savi remains very close to Liz. One can often find them on the same shift, in the same restaurant.
Like Liz, Savi prefers the Carvery, for its intimate nature. And like Liz, Savi enjoys working special events.
Savis favorite dish is the Curry Chicken, and she prefers it with a quality Zinfandel.
