Mike and Bernice go on a hike!

Another beautiful day begins at BEYC. Mike and Bernice decide to go on a hike. |

After packing a picnic lunch and getting their hats to protect them from the sun, Mike and Bernice set off on Guy’s Trail. The trail starts on the north end of the resort, near the Beachfront Villas.
|
|
|
 |
On their hike, Mike and Bernice come across a variety of plants: cactus, and a surprise! Bill, one of the area goats, is out and about scavenging up some lunch. He is always hungry!
|
|
|
 |
Mike and Bernice invite Bill to join them for a picnic at Neptune’s Point at the top of the trail. From there, you can see North Sound and far beyond.
|
|
|
 |
After cleaning up, Mike and Bernice say good bye to Bill and head back down the trail toward home. The view is spectacular.
|
|
|
 |
The perfect ending to a hike? A cool swim in the pool and their favorite snacks: maraschino cherries for Mike and the pink syrup for Bernice. |
