Special Menus for Boat Crews We have devised some alternate menus to accommodate a variety of budgets and appetites. All meals include the salad bar, homemade soups, desserts by Chef Winston Butler, tea and coffee. Crew’s Choice of Entrees: for $28, featuring chicken, fish, vegetarian and pasta dishes. Captain’s Choice of Entrees: for $38, featuring the traditional favorites (Mr Bain’s Broiled Shrimp, Lobster Curry), plus grouper, tuna and steaks. Admiral’s Choice of Entrees: for $50, featuring lobster, lamb, or the classic ‘Surf ‘N’ Turf’. All meals are subject to 18% tax and service charge. |
