 Published:  People in the News Carrie Buckner They “always come back.” After a short leave of absence (with a few friendly visits thrown in), Carrie Buckner has rejoined the Bitter End team. Some of you may remember her when she worked with the Watersports department. Her new position is Fleet Captain at the Quarterdeck Club Marina. In that role, Carrie will be the friendly face that walks you through our Freedom and Bradley fleet prior to when you go out on charter. Carrie knows the BVI like the back of her hand, and she will give you the inside scoop on the best places to cruise to during your day or week afloat. Carrie has extensive sailing experience throughout the BVI, as well as CPR and First aid certificates, and she is a certified EMT, and member of VISAR. She’s also a US Sailing and Windsurfing instructor and has been in the premed studies program at Boston College in Massachusetts and Kings College in London England. Naturally, you are in good hands with Dallas, Texas born Carrie. |
