A Picnic Lunch, All in The North Sound



The Bitter End is considered to be one of the greatest sailing destinations in the world, but the fact is, our fleet of 11' Boston Whalers rank number 1 in guest usage and satisfaction. And why not? Imagine a day featuring great snorkeling, romantic beaches and fun filled watering holes. All of these are within easy reach aboard one of our handy Whalers.

The perfect day starts at the Watersports desk, where you collect your picnic lunch, towels, fins and a map of the area.

Our friendly staff will show you how to operate the outboard engine and then recommend the best spots based on the day’s conditions.

Then it’s off for a day of fun in the sun. First stop? Eustatia Reef, one of the best snorkeling spots in the BVI. Check out the sunken treasure and colorful sea life. Next stop? How about Prickly Pear Island featuring two plush crescent beaches. This is a perfect place to settle in for some sun and a tasty snack as you admire the incredible surroundings. Oh no! You’ve run out of refreshments and you are really thirsty. Why not zip over to the Sandbox Beach Bar for a cool drink and some local flavor?

Like everything, all good things must come to an end. You return your trusty craft to the Whaler dock before the sun sets on another classic Caribbean day. Now how do you top that? Well, at Bitter End, every day is better than the last, so get to bed early because the sun will be shining again tomorrow.
