"The Crew Sails The Ship"
The View From The Helm
by Sandra Grisham,
Managing Director

As I review our recent guest comment cards, the impact of positive “crew work” becomes overwhelmingly apparent. Guest satisfaction seems to rely more heavily than ever on how the “product” (a world-class experience) is delivered.
Beach and Pool Mini Marathon

The program can be a variation on the following: Rise late, catching the end of breakfast on the Clubhouse veranda while watching the day-excursions and charter yachts depart—no rush, plenty of mimosas and tropical scenery to absorb. Champion B&P Marathoners bring the right equipment to breakfast (sunscreen, sunglasses, trashy novel, floppy hat, etc.) to avoid the strenuous stroll back to the room.
Mary Jo's "Most Romantic Couple"

After everything was organized, from air tickets to passports to work schedules, Pat took Mary over to her parent’s house for a family dinner. That’s where he laid out a straw hat, airplane tickets and a brochure, and said, “pack your bags…we’re heading to the Bitter End!” Her parents were in on the surprise and told Mary “don’t worry, be happy…we’ll take care of everything at home while you’re enjoying paradise.”
Accommodations / Ashore and Afloat

The Yacht-Villa vacation for two offers it all at a great price. Enjoy as many nights as you desire aboard a fully equipped Freedom 30 “floating suite,” and spend the rest of your stay in a Beachfront Villa or a luxurious North Sound Suite.
People Behind The Scenes, Executive Baker, Winston Butler

Up before the sun every day, a man with such talent and high standards must be a tyrant. On the contrary, his kitchen vibrates with the consistent laughter and fun that his team generates daily.
