"The Crew Sails The Ship"
The View From The Helm
by Sandra Grisham,
Managing Director
As I review our recent guest comment cards, the impact of positive crew work becomes overwhelmingly apparent. Guest satisfaction seems to rely more heavily than ever on how the product (a world-class experience) is delivered. |

Beach and Pool Mini Marathon
The program can be a variation on the following: Rise late, catching the end of breakfast on the Clubhouse veranda while watching the day-excursions and charter yachts departno rush, plenty of mimosas and tropical scenery to absorb. Champion B&P Marathoners bring the right equipment to breakfast (sunscreen, sunglasses, trashy novel, floppy hat, etc.) to avoid the strenuous stroll back to the room. |
