This Seasons BEYC Activities Staff

Welcome back to another great season at the Bitter End Yacht Club. Many of the old Watersports staff members have sadly left us. But not to worry. There are a bunch of fresh new faces.
Kelly Pringle has joined us from Colborne, Ontario. This is her second year in the Caribbean as she has spent the last year working at nearby Guana Island.
Cindy Brown has flown in from Raleigh, North Carolina. She has spent the last 6 summers working at a camp teaching children how to sailshe will be a valuable asset to our Junior Sailing Programs.
Justin Clemens, our performance sailing guru, is originally from Chicago, Illinois, and has taught both on Lake Michigan, and in the Florida Keys at J-World.
Saskia Brodeur from Montreal, Quebec has come down for a year as well. She has taught sailing at the Pointe Claire Yacht Club for the past 3 summers, working with both children and adults.
Aaron Turpin who is originally from Road Town, Tortola, has rejoined for a full year after spending a summer at Bitter End last year. Aaron spent the first 8 years of his life living aboard his parents boat cruising the Caribbean (much of it in nearby St. John). After 11 years in Petaluma, California, he has moved back to his birthplace.
Many faces that you may be familiar with have returned. Gordon Overing (Gordo), our main guy is busy getting things rolling for another great year. Tony Edwards has come back to Bitter End after spending the summer skippering a 51 foot Swan up and down the East Coast, and is retaking his position as Director of the Bitter End Yacht Club Sailing School. Our excursion boat captains and crew; Bernie, Buck, Michael and Terry are eager to take you aboard their vessels. All of you snorkeling fans will be happy to hear that Kinto is back to take you out on the Ponce de Leon. As for windsurfing, Tristan, Chad, Gum, Jemille and Wade have just recently been ASA and/or USSA Level 1 Windsurfing Instructor Certified.
So its going to be another great season at Bitter End. This place just keeps getting better and better and we hope you all come back to enjoy this special piece of our small planet. We look forward to seeing you down here soon!
